"حبر لبناني" صحيفة شهرية شبابية شاملة مستقلة، تهدف لتكون منفذاً إعلامياً للشباب اللبناني، من خلال نشرة شهرية مطبوعة وأخرى يومية إلكترونية، بالإضافة إلى تنظيم ورشات عمل ومسابقات مستمرّة.

تعمل حبر على إشراك الشباب اللبناني داخل لبنان وخارجه، وينشر معظم مضمونها تحت تراخيص المشاع الإبداعي لتشجيع التبادل غير المشروط للمعلومات . وكانت النشرة الأولى من "حبر" قد صدرت في ربيع عام 2009 بعنوان "صوت الشباب"، وذلك قبل أسبوع من الإنتخابات النيابية. إذ تم طبع 50,000 نسخة بالإشتراك مع جريدتي "الأخبار" و"النهار" (وكانت هذه المرة الأولى التي يتم فيها توزيع نشرة شبابية عبر جريدتين لبنانيتين من توجهات سياسية متناقضة). إضافة إلى ذلك، قام الطلاب الذين شاركوا في إنجاز ملحق "صوت الشباب" والذي بلغ عددهم مائة طالب تقريباً من 10 جامعات لبنانية بتوزيع 5,000 نسخة.

تعمل حبر على خلق شبكة لتغزيز التعاون بين منظمات المجتمع المدني وطلاب الجامعات اللبنانية.

Hibr.me (حبر لبناني) (Lebanese Ink) is aiming to serve as a large-scale independent (unaffiliated to any sectarian or political group) youth & citizen media outlet in Lebanon that works in print (publishing a monthly free distribution newspaper), online (with regular content, discussions, multimedia, online collaborations, and more), and in person (with regular events, workshops, competitions, and other activities). Hibr is powered by young people while engaging all communities in Lebanon and the Lebanese diaspora community worldwide, and most content is licensed under a Creative Commons license to facilitate non-profit sharing of whatever information and content we create. We are building on that network and platform in order to engage community organizations around the country along with students and faculty from  university campuses around Lebanon.
