HIBR IS RECRUTING
PLEASE READ ALL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE CONTACTING US REGARDING ANY POSITION.
We'll be honest: We are trying to work on an incredibly ambitious project here, to develop an alternative/community mass media outlet (in print, online, multimedia, multilingual, in person with regular events, and more) in Lebanon powered by young people and everyday citizens. In any country this would not be an easy task, but it is even more difficult here in Lebanon. We love our country, and we want to contribute to the great many efforts working to push this country towards what we think it can become. We want to have a big impact on our country, our society, and all the people who call Lebanon home.
We are very ambitious, there is a lot of work to be done (on this project, and in our country), and we don't have much money. We all work long hours and oftentimes over the weekends, sometimes we work until night, sometimes through the night. We all have to juggle multiple tasks, be flexible, and collaborate with each other and other groups. We love our work.
If all you read above excites you, please keep reading and apply to any position that suits you, and follow application instructions closely. We need the best, the brightest, the most passionate, and the most dedicated to join our Hibr team.
