2011 Human Rights Film Festival - Day Two: The Rights of Refugees
The second day of the 2011 Human Rights Film Festival at Cinema Metropolis Empire Sofil in Achrafieh focused on refugees’ rights in Lebanon. The evening started with “I Come from a Beautiful Place” by Carol Mansour, a documentary that showed the suffering of a sample of Iraqi and Sudanese refugees in their homelands before they came to Lebanon.

Ghofran Moustafaتتقارب القواعد والمعاني بين كل من اللغتين العربية والعبرية ويعود ذلك إلى أن كلتيهما من اللغات السامية. ولا يمنع إتقاننا للغة العربية من فعل الأمر نفسه مع اللغة العبرية. فالمسألة لا تعد تطبيعاً، بل خطوة أساسية لفتح المجال لفهم العدو الأكبر للإنسانية الذي تقدم علينا ليس لامتلاكه السلاح الفتّاك والدعم الدولي لقيامه على أرض فلسطين فحسب بل أيضاً لمعرفته بلغتنا.
يقال "من تعلم لغة قوم، أمن مكرهم"، فكيف إذا كان الأمر يتعلق بمصدر المكر ذاته أي إسرائيل.
